【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsand/ormeasurestoremovethehazardsand/orlimittherisksonedgebandingmachinesfedbychain(s)wheretheloadingandunloadingismanualandwherethemaximumwork-pieceheightcapacityis75mm.Themachineisdesignedtoprocessinonepass,oneend(singleendmachine)orbothends(doubleendmachine)ofsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboardorplywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplasticlaminateoredgings.Thework-pieceisfedthroughtheprocessingunitsbyanintegratedfeed.Forthepurposeofthisdocumentanedgebandingmachinefedbychain(s)ishereinafterreferredtoasthemachine.ThisdocumentcoversthehazardsrelevanttothesemachinesasstatedinClause4.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytosingleanddoubleendedgebandingmachinesfedbychainorchainswithacompleteenclosureasdefinedin3.3.10.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithanyhazardsrelatingto:a)mechanicalloadingofthework-piecetoasinglemachine;orb)singlemachinebeingusedincombinationwithanyothermachine(aspartofaline);orc)useoftoolsworkingbetweenthemachinehalves(see3.3.1);ord)useoflaser.ForComputerNumericallyControlled(CNC)machinesthisdocumentdoesnotcoverhazardsrelatedtoElectro-MagneticCompatibility(EMC).NOTETherequirementsofthisdocumentapplytoallmachineswhatevertheirmethodofcontrole.g.electromechanicaland/orelectronic.ThisdocumentisprimarilydirectedtomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationbyCEN.
