【摘要】:Thedeterminationofthecarbonylcontentofpolymerization-grade1,3-butadieneisnecessary,sinceinsomepolymerizationreactions,thepresenceofcarbonylsinexcessoversomespecifiedamountcanhaveadeleteriouseffectuponthepolymerpropertiesorthereactionitself,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofcarbonyls(ketonesandaldehydes)inC4hydrocarbons.Thistestmethodwastestedonpolymerization-grade1,3-butadiene.1.2Theapplicablerangeforthistestmethodis0to50mg/kgcarbonylscalculatedasacetaldehyde.1.3OtherC4hydrocarbonsandtheirmixturesbesidespolymerization-grade1,3-butadienecouldbetestedusingthissametestmethod.However,theprecisionsectionofthistestmethodcoversonlycarbonylsinapplicablerangeaslistedin1.2,asfoundinpolymerization-grade1,3-butadiene.1.4WARNINGMercuryhasbeendesignatedbymanyregulatoryagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidneyandliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercurycontainingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPAx2019;swebsitehttp://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htmforadditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryand/ormercurycontainingproductsintoyourstateorcountrymaybeprohibitedbylaw.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
