【摘要】:1.1Thisguideprovidesalistinganddescriptionofthefieldsthatarerecommendedforinclusioninadigitalradiologicalexaminationdatabasetofacilitatethetransferofsuchdata.Thisguidesetsguidelinesfortheformatofdatafieldsforcomputerizedtransferofdigitalimagefilesobtainedfromradiographic,radioscopic,computedradiographic,orotherradiologicalexaminationsystems.Thefieldlistingincludesthosefieldsregardedasnecessaryforinclusioninthedatabase:(1)regardlessoftheradiologicalexaminationmethod(asindicatedbyFootnoteCinTable1),(2)forradioscopicexamination(asindicatedbyFootnoteEinTable1),and(3)forradiographicexamination(asindicatedbyFootnoteDinTable1).Inaddition,otheroptionalfieldsarelistedasareminderofthetypesofinformationthatmaybeusefulforadditionalunderstandingofthedataorapplicabletoalimitednumberofapplications.1.2Itisrecognizedthatorganizationsmayhaveinplaceaninternalformatforthestorageandretrievalofradiologicalexaminationdata.Thisguideshouldnotimpedetheuseofsuchformatssinceitisprobablethatthenecessaryfieldsarealreadyincludedinsuchinternaldatabases,orthatthefewadditionscaneasilybemade.Thenumericallistinganditsorderindicatedinthisguideisonlyforconvenience;thespecificnumbersandtheirordercarrynoinherentsignificanceandarenotpartofthedatafile.1.3ThetypesofradiologicalexaminationsystemsthatappearusefulinrelationtothisguideincluderadioscopicsystemsasdescribedinGuideE1000,PracticesE1255,E1411andE2033,andradiographicsystemsasdescribedinGuideE94andPracticesE748andE1742.ManyofthetermsusedaredefinedinTerminologyE1316.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
