【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletooperatorseatsusedonindustrialtrucksasdefinedinISO5053:1987irrespectiveofpowersupply,typeofequipment,liftingmechanismandtyres.ItalsoappliestoseatsforothertrucksnotcoveredbyISO5053:1987,e.g.variable-reachtrucksandlow-liftorderpickingtrucks.2ThisEuropeanStandardspecifies,inaccordancewithEN30326-1,alaboratorymethodformeasuringandevaluatingtheeffectivenessoftheseatsuspensioninreducingtheverticalwhole-bodyvibrationtransmittedtotheoperatorofindustrialtrucksatfrequenciesbetween1Hzand20Hz.3ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheinputspectralclassesrequiredforthefollowingindustrialtrucks.Eachclassdefinesagroupofmachineshavingsimilarvibrationcharacteristics:-Platformtrucks,trucksrider-controlled,etc.withwheelmeandiameterbelow200mmandhigh-loadnon-rubbersolidtyres(category1)-Reachtrucks,articulatedtrucks,etc.withwheelmeandiameterbelow450mmandhigh-loadnon-rubbersolidtyresorcylindrical/conicalbaserubbersolidtyres(category2)-Straddletrucks,truckswithwheelmeandiameterbelow645mmandrubbersolidorpneumatictyres(category3)-Straddletrucks,truckswithwheelmeandiameterbetween645mmand900mmandrubbersolidorpneumatictyres(category4a)-Straddletrucks,truckswithwheelmeandiameterbetween900mmand1200mmandrubbersolidorpneumatictyres(category4b)-Truckswithwheelmeandiameterbetween1200mmand2000mmandrubbersolidorpneumatictyres(category5)-All-terraintrucks(category6).4ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesperformancecriteriatobeachievedbyseatsintendedforeachoftheabove-mentionedgroupsofmachines.5ThetestsandcriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardareintendedforoperatorseatsusedinindustrialtrucksofconventionaldesign.NOTEOthertestsmaybeappropriateformachineswithdesignfeaturesthatresultinsignificantlydifferentvibrationcharacteristics.6ThisEuropeanStandardisonlyconcernedwiththeverticalcomponentofwhole-bodyvibration.Vibrationwhichreachestheoperatorotherthanthroughhisseat,forexamplethatsensedbyhisfeetontheplatformorcontrolpedalsorbyhishandsonthesteering-wheel,isnotcovered.note:1)SeeprEN13059:1997.
